Come try the delights of Noble House

The recent official opening of new Eastwood eatery, Noble House Seafood Restaurant, was celebrated in the Chinese tradition.

Two energetic dragons danced outside and made their way through the premises and even into the kitchen followed by a group of Chinese musicians.
The opening was regarded as a special day, being the start of the Autumn Festival and the dragon dance is a traditional performance to bring good fortune and steer away evil spirits.
A Temple was set up, prayers said and then delicious yum cha meals served to family and guests.
Now open, the new restaurant, features two separate dining areas, live fish tanks conveniently located opposite the station at 25 West Parade, Eastwood.
Yum cha is served daily. For those who don’t know, Yum Cha literally means “drink tea”.
A Cantonese tradition of eating small meals with a good quality tea. In Australia it has become very popular as a lunchtime family dining affair.
Waiters come around to your table and kindly show you what’s on offer on the trolley or tray.
An array of bamboo steamers filled with the delights of dumplings, prawn rice rolls, spicy tripe, steamed Asian greens, steamed pork buns braised bbq pork and the list goes on.
Pleasing to also note, these meals are all steamed so they’re very healthy as well as tasty.
The chefs in the kitchen work furiously making all the dumplings by hand in-house. One could not possibly try tasting all the varieties in one sitting.
Leave some room for sweets, the mango pancakes bursting with flavour melt in your mouth, and variety of custard tarts and buns are also available.
Yum cha has lunch covered, but don’t forget the restaurant is open 7 days for dinner too. Yes, even Monday nights, when most eateries are closed.
The menu is extensive with a selection of meat, chicken vegetarian and seafood meals, too many to list. Live crab, lobster and fish cooked to your liking, eat in or Takeaway offer is 10% off. Banquet menus also available for that special group celebration.
With end of year celebrations and in line with Covid regulations, it‘s advisable to book in.
The restaurant is currently byo with full licence to come. Delivery available by Menu Log and Uber Eats.
